Don’t miss the chance to experience the Meredith Hotel when in the area. Its a great old fashioned pub that understands hospitality and does it well. In the public bar you could chat for hours with the barman and locals while sipping local beers and wines. Then pull up a seat in front of an open fire and enjoy a good pub meal. This is great country pub that makes you feel as you have walked into your very own local. Customer service was friendly and staff where happy to offer suggestions. The menu featured all the favourites of a good pub, with great flavours, well seasoned dishes, and a chef with a great palate that takes pride in what is served. The value for money and portion sizes at the Meredith are extremely good (two persons, three generous courses and a couple of drinks for just over $100)!

Traditional country pub character. Young, cheerful and helpful staff. Open fire. Good pub food. Sensational sticky date pudding. Good but small local wine and beers list. Live music. Excellent value for money.
