Fantôme delivers an immersive and memorable experience from the moment guests walk through the door, with a strong venue identity that feels transportive, considered and full of character. The décor, lighting, music and overall atmosphere work beautifully together,      creating the feeling of a hidden European cocktail bar tucked away in the heart of Geelong.

The food offering is well aligned with the venue’s theme. Thoughtful details, generous serving sizes and strong value across the food menu help create a complete and enjoyable dining experience.

Fantôme’s beverage list is a standout feature, showing impressive depth across wine, beer, cider and cocktails. The use of Coravin system adds a premium touch, allowing guests to      explore an extensive by-the-glass wine offering, while the cocktail menu is playful, well       presented and approachable across a range of price points. The Queen of Hearts was a memorable highlight, with a whimsical garnish and flavour combination that left a lasting impression.

Overall, Fantôme offers a distinctive and highly engaging hospitality experience, combining  atmosphere, creativity and a seriously impressive drinks program.
