Itinerant Spirits delivers an exceptional hospitality experience, combining striking design, confident service and a truly impressive drinks program. From the moment you enter, the venue makes an impact, with its glass-walled distillery, warm copper details, elegant lighting and thoughtful retail display creating a space that feels both polished and inviting. The addition of live music helps set a welcoming tone and added to the sense of occasion.

The team showed strong product knowledge across spirits, cocktails and food, with confident recommendations and a clear understanding of the venue’s offering. The food menu is well suited to the space, with generous grazing options, quality local produce and thoughtful touches such as crackers made using Vansetter grain mash.

The beverage program is a major strength. The wine list shows a genuine sense of place, with a strong local focus, while the beer and spirits lists celebrate both regional and Australian  producers. The cocktail offering was outstanding, showcasing Itinerant’s own spirits with          precision, creativity and care. From a beautifully made Gin and Tonic to a standout Olive Oil Vodka Martini and Strawberry Gum Gimlet, the drinks were memorable, balanced and       genuinely exciting.

Overall, Itinerant Spirits is a polished, confident and highly considered venue that delivers across ambience, service, food and beverage. It is a fantastic showcase for Ballarat and a venue putting the region on the map for all the right reasons.
