The Gatehouse Cafe is located in the picturesque Ballarat New Cemetery just inside the gates. It specialises in home cooked treats with a Mediterranean flair. Gluten and vegan options are always available. The decor has a gothic and vintage inspired feel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Annmarie brings a bit of her heritage and style to the business ensuring all who visit have a lovely experience. The venue has catering available for on site and private functions and regularly exhibits artworks.

On Sunday’s once a month musicians regularly perform in the loft. Flower and local plants are available to purchase and there is a giftstore for those looking for something a little different. A dash of the unique with a reverence to its surroundings.
