Magnolia is a true gem in the heart of Beaufort. Chef Anjal’s food is presented with technical precision and elegance, echoing the attention to detail in the décor and table settings. Our highlights of the evening were the oysters, topped with delicious concoctions such as Malaysian chilli kick, and Gin and Tonic (delightful) the Prawn and Crab linguine, and the 18 hour slow cooked lamb. Expect some country charm and hospitality from the front of house staff, and try some local Pyrenees wines available by the glass or bottle.
