What The Judges said in 2021

Sometimes the residual effect of an experience stays with you; to ruminate, exam and enjoy later. Echuca’s 7 beans coffee did just that for me. It was a chilly morning and so to walk into a warm, cosy, beautifully presented space and be greeted so warmly by my hosts was an unexpected pleasure. The latte I ordered came at the perfect temperature. A smooth, strong flavoured coffee under a pillow of deep crema.  Starving, I ordered Eggs Florentine. They arrived artfully arranged on a bed of spinach with generous layers of bacon and topped with hollandaise sauce. I delighted in a sprinkle of sweet paprika over the eggs which created a subtle delicious flavour. The perimeter of a simple plate was lightly drizzled with caramelised balsamic vinegar. Very stylish. Well done 7 Beans Coffee.

Very good coffee.  They serve quality teas too! Stylish decore. Young and enthusiastic crew,  Good range meals for Breakfast and lunch.  A good place to relax and take time out. Good value for money,
