Located on the outer end of the dock in Barwon Heads is the one of the regions must visit eateries, and its not just about the location. The food is fresh and beautifully presented, the service is smart and knowledgeable, the wine and beer lists have all bases covered, and the views are the icing on the cake! This is a stunning eatery that has well thought out it’s design. It lends itself to large functions and yet has a warm ambience for mid week intimate dining . The wait staff were excellent, knew the menus well including the specials, and suggested suitable drinks to match the meals. Each meal and drink was explained at the table. Presentation was a excellent and the Desserts were lovely, At the Heads has created a good range for special dietary menus. There’s a very good predominately Victorian wine list and an exceptional beer list. The well made coffees were perfectly timed. For the level and quality of service and meals served, and all the many things that make this restaurant a wonderful experience, At the Heads provides superb value for money.
