The Wholesome Bean is an independent coffee house that produces its own blend of beans, using only certified fair-trade coffee. Owner and barista Luke Gray serves up a regularly changing selection of single-origin beans, as well as espresso blends and chemical-free water-processed decaf for caffeine-sensitive customers. The cafe's vibe is friendly and health-conscious, with loads of vegan and vegetarian dining choices, such as vegan Madras vegetable curry, fresh muffins, toasted focaccias and pasta dishes. If cafe latte is your preference look out for Luke's amazing latte art - good enough to be displayed at the Bendigo Art Gallery!
